05-04-2011 Rotterdam Princess Maxima visited the foundation Hoedje van Papier ( Paperhat) in Rotterdam.
Hoedje van Papier is an initiative for children in focus areas in Rotterdam and Breda.
Through workshops photography, video, radio and en journalism, the children are active involved in developments in their neighborhoods abd work on their social skills.
